Why am I not allowed to have a sign in the common area?

When purchasing your home in Hilliard Meadows, every homeowner signed a copy of the Deed Restrictions that are on file with Franklin County. We are all contractually obligated to adhere to these Deed Restrictions.

What about Garage Sale signs?

Signs may not be posted in the common area with exception to a sign that benefits the whole community and approved by the Board. The Board will be holding two Garage Sale weekends a year. The dates will be determined at the April meeting and posted on the Hilliard Meadows Calendar.

What about Open House Signs that are only out for a couple of hours?

Unfortunately, signs are not allowed in the common area. Work with your realtor to come up with alternate avenues to publicize your Open House session.
