Joshua Sebourn is currently serving as Secretary of the Hilliard Meadows Homeowners Association. Joshua brings to the Board experience in managing 501(c)19 and 501(c)3 non-profit organizations to include book keeping, requests for proposals, time scheduling, payroll, budget coherence, contract negotiations, and By-Law creation, amendments, and enforcement. Joshua also has offered his experience in web design to serve as a webmaster for the Hilliard Meadows website. Joshua is a past president of the Hilliard Meadows Homeowners Association.

Joshua holds a Bachelors degree in Management Information Science from Franklin University and a Master of Information Systems degree from Wright State University.

  James Cummings is currently serving as Vice-President of the Hilliard Meadows Homeowners Association. James currently works as an International Account Manager/Sales Engineer for the Dayton-Phoenix Group that manufactures over 6,000 different locomotive parts. James is experienced in dealing with customers on a daily basis and looks forward to working with the homeowners to make this a great subdivision to live in.

James Cummings graduated with a bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from The Ohio State University in 2002. James also worked as a Wire Harness Design Engineer for Yazaki North America (A Honda supplier) for 5 years after graduation.

James enjoys traveling, cookouts, and anything Buckeye related.
